My name is Bryan.  I’ve been writing poems and short stories since I was a kid, but never seriously.

Until now.  I’m taking my chance and swinging for the fences.  I’m writing a book and I’m here to tell everyone all about it.   This blog is my conduit to the world while I’m writing.  I’ll talk about the process of writing a novel, what I’m struggling with or what I’m happy about.  I’ll tell you what I’m reading and share some of my favourite books.  I’ll also look at things I’ve written in the past – things I’m proud of and others that I’d rather forget about.

And if all goes well, sometime next year we’ll celebrate the release of my first novel.
